Cookies on this site
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. These are the only ones this site uses:

If you switch Google Analytics off, the site also stores your choice in your browser (not a cookie) so it is remembered on your next visit.
Website statistics
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Counts page views without cookies and without identifying you: which pages are visited, from which website or search engine, and the type of device and browser.
Google Analytics
Tells us which pages are visited, how people find the site (for example from Google Search or our Google Business Profile), the type of device and browser, the approximate area (city or region, based on your IP address), and when someone taps a button to call us, request a quote or apply for a job. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We have set it up so that:
- it is not linked to Google Ads, and Google signals and ad personalization are off;
- its data is deleted automatically within 14 months; and
- it runs only on crystalcareclean.ca, and not at all if you switch it off or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Google Analytics on this site: On
- Use the switch above. Your choice is saved in this browser; if you clear your browser data or use another device, switch it off again there.
- Install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to turn it off on every website.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, and this site will not load Google Analytics.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
What happens to a quote request
When you send the quote form, Cloudflare delivers your request by email to Crystal Care, and a copy goes to Vlad Pereira Web Design, which manages this website. Cloudflare keeps a copy for about seven days to confirm delivery. We use your details only to prepare your quote and contact you about it, and we keep them as our Privacy policy describes.
